PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
Phlebotomy Technician - $2695
In order to reserve a seat in the class, submit the $350 deposit.
$785 is due 1st class session.
$780 is due in the 5th week.
$780 balance due no later than 30 days from the last class session.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
DO I QUALIFY FOR PHLEBOTOMY TECHNICIAN? Upon completion of the program the student will receive our certificate of completion and become eligible to apply for the State Sanctioned Certification Examination and ultimately certification in the State of California as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 (CPT 1). This program is designed for persons employed or those who plan to be employed by a licensed clinical laboratory or public health department as a CPT 1.

1) Students are responsible for determining which course is appropriate for them.
2) Fees for State certification, registration or licensing are not included in the price of any Boston Reed College courses.
