Welcome to the Online Registration system for Non-credit and Continuing Education Courses at Capital Area Technical College! Courses are offered at the following campuses: Baton Rouge, Folkes, Jumonville, Port Allen, and Westside. We are pleased that you are interested in taking a class with us. Course offerings change often. If you don't see what you are looking for, please check back periodically or give us a call.

1. Click the links on the left to view the courses in each category.
   
   
2. To select a class, click the "Add To Cart" link.This will add the class to an online registration form. (You can remove a class from the cart if you change your mind.) Note: Classes identified as FULL may have some space available or a waiting list. For more information, please call the school at (225) 359-9257.
   
   
3. If this is your first time to use this system, you will create a new account. In the future, you will not need to re-enter your information.
   
   
4. You will be prompted through the registration process. There is an online registration fee of $2.95 per transaction. This fee is identified separately throughout the transaction process.
   
   
5. At the end of the registration process, you will have an opportunity to print a receipt. You will also receive a receipt by e-mail. Bring the printed receipt to the first class meeting. If you will be reimbursed by your employer or need documentation for tax purposes, please KEEP THIS RECEIPT AND E-MAIL in a safe place. CATC CANNOT RE-PRINT RECEIPTS FOR EVERYONE WHO REGISTERS FOR COURSES!
   
   
6. Please note that REGISTRATIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE! Refunds are issued only when the course for which enrollment was submitted is canceled by the college. Refunds will be issued within one month of the cancellation of the course. Failure to attend class does not constitute a request to cancel your enrollment. A "no-show" is obligated for full tuition.
   
   
7. A $5.00 processing fee will be charged for any change in registration.
